This product fits as it should and works as it should. I tried 2 other name brands that were lose and sloppy causing more noise than my old worn ones. Hats off to Canamax for stocking this quality product!Mark

Just as I expected for my 48 year old dryer. Too bad that the dryer turned out to be too far gone and I had to get a new one.

Recent Customer Review –
Worked as described still goin a few months later. Just revised this review to say that the belt is still still going strong. Several months later this product came with a few accessories, which was very helpful. I did use the belt and tensioner pulley that came with the kid. The two wheels that came with the kit were not used. However, I still have them in case I need them in the future. The product seemed to be of a decent construction quality overall it was a good purchase and much cheaper than going to a repair shop. Be advised you should double check that the length of your belt is the same as the product in the listing.

The original belt gotChewed due to a broke pulley. Figured while I was in there, I’d replace these parts. They worked fine.

Quickly: I only needed a new belt, decided to buy full kit replacement. I am tech & mech savvy, not an amateur. Replaced wheels, belt, tensioner etc. After one month, the dryer started making unbalanced knocking noises. Figured the parts just needed some "breaking in". Two months, the knocking continues to worsen until the tensioner slips/pops out. Take apart machine, notice *some* black residue inside, reinstall belt+tensioner. One or two uses, still some knocking. Unused for one month. Knocking continues to worsen. Finally, disassemble everything to find one of the wheels I replaced has completely worn/torn away (see photos) The other is in the process of falling apart (see video). I made sure this problem was NOT a result of poor installation (my fault). Determined this is the result of poor manufacturing processes- the urethane rubber mixture is bad or the chemical bonding between the urethane wheel & rubber is flawed. Ultimately, I reinstalled the old wheels & threw away the newer ones. The only good thing I can say is: the belt held up even after months of unbalanced torture. The wheels are TRASH. Time & money wasted. If it ain't broke… don't fix it!

Belt broke on my 15+ year old Kenmore dryer. It's never been replaced before, so I figured while I was in there I might as well replace the tensioner and rollers too. Bought this kit since based on the picture it seemed to have all the right parts. The good: The belt seems solid and was the right size. It was a little tighter than I expected but that's very likely because the old one was so worn. The belt felt solid, was the right width & had the ribbing in it. I feel like this one will last a long time. The drum rollers, I'm not convinced yet. The rollers in the picture match the ones on the machine. The ones I received did not. They were the right size but the steel shaft in the center of them doesn't move at all, where the ones for the dryer spin on the wheel. After I installed everything & got it running again, the drum rollers were REALLY loud, with a metallic banging noise. I planned on removing them today & putting in the old ones, but we had done a couple of loads and the noise seems to have gone away now & it sounds like a normal dryer now. Maybe they just needed a bit of a heavy load to help align everything. We'll see how they hold up, but admittedly I'm not holding my breath on these.Update Feb 2024: Dryer stopped working again because the drum stopped moving. Pulled it apart and the belt is snapped with little shredded bits of the material everywhere.I'm pretty handy doing most of the repairs around my house & cars myself. I understand the importance of lining up the belt so it doesn't rub, and this isn't a complex fix. So I know it wasn't user install error. This belt lasted 9 months. The previous belt lasted over 15 years. $30 per year to replace a belt is still cheaper than buying a new $1K plus dryer, but I had more hope for it than this. Downgraded to 1 star.
