    What I don’t like is that Whirlpool, after many years of door interlock switches for their washers and dryers, maybe 30 years ago abandoned the long lasting switch mechanisms for cheap, plastic junk that fails over and over. Maybe this replacement switch will last longer. It looks the same as OEM, and hopefully better engineered. Whirlpool used to make wonderful products that had long lives. Hoping to see those good products made again someday.
